Are You SSS? Single, Secured and Satisfied II
Part two of a three-part series on being single, love and relationships.
Set a guard on your heart.
Your heart is so delicate and sensitive, that’s why the bible says out of it flows the issues of life. Protect your heart, guard it jealously and be watchful of what you allow into it. Let the peace of God guard your heart. The peace that comes from a place of knowing who you are and whose you are, let that peace keep you secured. When you place value on yourself, know your self-worth, you will stop allowing people’s opinion to define you or manipulate your heart. Keep a check on what you allow into your heart, what you listen to, people you hang around, what you watch because these things control you.
Be Interesting. Be spontaneous.
Be fun to hang out with. Be a breath of fresh air. . Be the kindness person you want to meet. Be attractive. By that, I mean, have an attractive character and personality. Let people love the atmosphere around you. The more interest you have, the more connection you have with people. People want to hang around someone who strengthens them, brings out the best in person, someone who helps them become more. Every time you add an interest, sports, adventure, skills, you broaden and increase your circle of influence. Explore new things & activities. Being single gives you this edge.
I leave you with this question. Are you SSS?
